7 月份通过玻利维亚区 Google Play 订阅了 ChatGPT Plus，没想到玻区还越来越便宜了 几个月的实际扣款记录：7 月：$12.71， 8 月：$12.29，9 月：$11.53，折合下来现在一个月也就 80 多块。 开通方式还是之前那套：通过 Google Play 修改到玻利维亚区，再订阅 ChatGPT Plus，不知道现在是否还有效，想订阅的可以试试。
7 月底出事的 Giffgaff 卡，现在终于迎来大结局：退款到账，但服务依然处于暂停状态。 当初 Giffgaff 的态度可是头铁得很，沟通多次都不给处理。最后准备好账户邮箱、余额截图和停服截图，直接去 https://commsombudsman.org 提交投诉工单即可。
Plamsa One 听说全面开放了？狗屁，只是注册的时候不需要邀请码而已。 今早我又试了两次申请，分别提交菲律宾 Maya 账单和香港地址证明，结果都被拒。页面明确提示：CN 身份证件无法开卡。 我折腾过 20 多张 U 卡，现在只剩 P卡 和 E 卡这两张没拿下。这次 Plasma 的提示已经够直白了。已经在用的友友也留意风险，别往里放大额资金。
